The product is designed to make advanced AI feel intuitive and personal, giving every user a clear pathway to productivity, clarity, and purpose. Joseph's strengths include product intuition, analytical thinking, and the ability to turn complex concepts into simple, user-friendly systems — all of which are reflected in the way USquared guides users step-by-step through creating their own AI. He is also known for operational clarity, cross-functional communication, and structured problem-solving, skills that enable him to drive product vision while collaborating closely with engineering and leadership. Before joining JMBx, Joseph worked across data, application development, and advisory roles at Egen and Deloitte, where he built a strong foundation in analytics, enterprise execution, and client-centered design.
RaNelle Bradley

RaNelle Bradley is the Director of Marketing at JMB, where she leads brand strategy, digital growth, and company-wide messaging across all platforms. She oversees the creative direction, audience engagement, and marketing infrastructure that power JMB's global brand presence. RaNelle is currently earning her doctorate in English Literature at New York University, where her research and scholarship deepen her expertise in narrative design, persuasion, and the psychology of communication, skills that directly inform her approach to high-impact marketing and brand building. Before joining JMB, RaNelle gained extensive experience in strategic communications and reputation management through her work at Edelman, the world's largest public relations firm, and Purpose Brand, a mission-driven communications agency. At both organizations, she contributed to media strategy, brand storytelling, client communication, and integrated campaign work for diverse national accounts.

Mark is the Manager of Staffing and Operations at JMB, bringing more than a decade of hospitality experience across high-performance operations roles. He has led teams in multiple management capacities at Royal Sonesta Downtown, Hilton, and Marriott properties, most recently serving as an Area Reservations Manager, where he oversaw guest experience, staffing workflows, and daily operational execution across several locations.Known for his steady leadership and commitment to service excellence, Mark brings a strong operational lens to JMB's growing team.

She studied Public Relations at JKUAT and is currently pursuing Psychology, deepening her expertise in human dynamics and workplace effectiveness.
